We are Bright Jewellery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at Companies House Registered Number: 10686437. Our registered office is at 50 Granby Row, Manchester, M1 7AY.

We ensure that the information you share with us is maintained safely and securely on the internet. When you fill in any personal data required by us to become a member including your name, address, date of birth and email address we use this information to provide you with the benefits and services of being a member. You can at any time request for this information or to be deleted if requested.  

Pricing and Availability  

We try to ensure that all details, description and prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If any errors are discovered in price in which you have ordered you will be informed of this as soon as possible and provide you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelation. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and a full refund will be issued.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and change or update information at any time without  prior   notice. The price of Goods quoted on our website includes VAT (Value Added Tax). Where VAT is not included in the price, this will be added and payable by you at the appropriate rate.  


Payment for goods must be received and authorised/cleared before the goods are dispatched. We accept the following methods of payment:  Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mestro, JCB, American Express, PayPal.

The Warranty

We believe that shopping online should offer the same peace of mind as buying from a high street store. Therefore, we work hard to provide a comparable service and warranty that protects you and your purchases, while still offering the great benefits of shopping online.

Specific Exclusions

Batteries, Chain & Belt, Spark Plugs, Tyres, Wheels, Valve and Inner Tubes are not covered by the warranty.

General exclusions (what is NOT covered)

  • Wear and tear
  • Damage caused by impact, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding or other adverse weather conditions
  • Improper usage, storage or handling of the product
  • A breach of the terms and conditions of this warranty or the contract terms
  • Failure to follow our written instructions for the product, or those of the manufacturer
  • Damage or defect due to wilful neglect or negligence by anyone other than us
  • Loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items (such as consumables) that are neither made nor recommended by the manufacturer
  • Modification to the product and/or software, by someone other than our representatives
  • Connection of other fittings, accessories, equipment or software to the product which were not approved by us
  • External causes out of our control which may include accidents, fire disasters or burglaries
  • Faults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries, repair or cleaning by unauthorised personnel
  • Any malfunctions or specific requirements of any other item of hardware or software which you added to the product that was not included in the contract
  • Correction of errors for any non-RiiRoo™ or original manufacturer proprietary parts/accessories or software.
